  Luisa Fernanda Isaza Ibarra is a lawyer and researcher, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia. She is the Coordinator of Defense and Attention to Journalists of the Foundation for Press Freedom, where she works for the defense and promotion of freedom of expression and access to public information, with special emphasis on the digital environment. She is also a professor in the Chair of Law and Journalism at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
