  Frank Serra

  Franco is a lawyer graduated from the University of San Andrés (UdeSA). Previously, he worked on transparency issues at the Ministry of Social Development of the Nation and also collaborated with the Innocence Project Argentina. He was a research assistant at the Center for Anti-Corruption Studies at UdeSA and at the Department of Law at the same university. Until August 2020, he served as Coordinator of the CELE Regional Legislative Observatory on Freedom of Expression. He is currently a Consultant of the CELE Regional Legislative Observatory on Freedom of Expression.
