Víctor is a specialist in human rights and constitutional law. Master in Law from the Externado de Colombia University, Professor of the School of Jurisprudence of the San Francisco de Quito University and researcher at the Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. He currently works as an associate attorney at the Pérez Bustamante & Ponce law firm in Quito, Ecuador. He has worked on projects with the Inter-American Institute of Human Rights and directed a program on Radio de la Asamblea Nacional. In addition, he is a columnist for Revista Vistazo.
