LAW N! 1.D56.- WHICH REGULATES ARTICLE 32 OF
THE NATIONAL CONSTITUTION
THE CONGRESS OF THE PARAGUAYAN NATION
SANCTIONS WITH FORCE OF
LAW
Article 19.- All the inhabitants of the Republic have the right to meet and demonstrate publicly and agreeably to consider issues that concern public or private interests.
No one can force people by any means to join or adhere to meetings or demonstrations.
Article 22.- The meeting is public when it is held in public places. such as squares, streets, parks or places open to the public such as churches. theaters, sports fields.
Article 311.- In the city of Asunción, people may exercise the right to meet and demonstrate peacefully from nineteen to twenty-four hours on business days, and, on Sundays and holidays from six am to the same time of the day
following.
Article 41.- In the city of Asuncrón, the squares located within the boundaries formed by Ple streets are established as permanent places for public meetings. Eligio Ayala, Mexico, May 25 and Antequera; the Avda. República and the streets t4 de Mayo_ Paraguayo Independiente and Alberdr; and Estrella streets. Our Lady of the Assumption. Oliva and National Independence. The act may not exceed twelve hours in a row from the start of the meeting. The people gathered must deconcentrate at the end of the act in peace and in groups of no more than fifty people.
Article 59.- The public order forces will guarantee the meetings and demonstrations that are carried out in accordance with the prescriptions of this Law, preventing third parties. through provocations. may alter its peaceful character; or that within the demonstrations there are
disorders or acts contrary to morals and good
custom.
